So weird!

Right now, in Samoa, it is 1.40am on Wednesday 18th October, and right next door in Tonga, it is 1.40am on Thursday 19th October.

Right next door!

Weird.

Odd, isn't it? I s'pose I always thought it had to happen somewhere...

My brain hurts! Ack!

So did we! That's why we decided to get the atlas out at work and look. We had such a productive day! ;)

That is very weird. Almost as weird as living in Indiana where they don't do daylight savings time along with the rest of us.

Time changes confuse me...of course, confusing me is not difficult.

Blimey! I suppose it had to happen somewhere, but that's just crayzee.

Do you think people in Samoa can pop over to Tonga and find out tomorrow's lottery numbers?

But that is what I would do!

freaky, and I thought being one the one hour difference with your neighbour was odd. that's a good way to spend a day, doing something you want that is also productive.

Imagine if you lived on one side and worked on the other? I'd be so confused! "The deadline was yesterday." "I thought the deadline was Wednesday." "It's Thursday!"

How do you think families that live on both islands celebrate the holidays?

I guess, with a date line, that had to happen somewhere.
